Cellar / Keg room and beer system cleanliness and Management

  • Cool room cleanliness
  • Keg coupler, Cellar boy, Beer lines and Tap cleanliness and functionality
  • Keg freshness / stock rotation / stored correctly

Glass Management

  • Glass cleanliness
  • Glass washer cleanliness and correct chemicals

Beer Presentation

  • Pouring Technique
  • In glass appearance
  • True to Type (taste , aroma , texture)
  • In glass temperature

The entry fee required to nominate into the AHA National Awards for Excellence is $330 per category.
